In this storybook, the Ahlan Simsim friends share tasks they may not be able to accomplish yet, while highlighting other things they are capable of. The story ends with a reminder to children that they can achieve their goals with time, patience, practice, and a little help."

"Bullying can manifest itself in different ways and in different settings. In this story, Firas, a new student at school is excluded from joining a running club. When the Ahlan Simsim friends notice, they invite Firas to play with them. Ameera advises Firas to speak to an adult when experiencing unkind treatment. Firas learns that people's hurtful actions sometimes result from big feelings and an inability to deal with them appropriately."
